Louisville Lawyer Victoria O’Grady

Victoria O’Grady is a civil litigation attorney with John H. Ruby & Associates. She obtained her Bachelor of Art’s in History from the University of Kentucky. She received her law degree from the University of Louisville.

While in law school, Ms. O’Grady received the highest-grade award in Property. She also was a member of the Securities Moot Court team. Ms. O’Grady clerked for the Jefferson County Master Commissioner’s Office and for a small civil litigation firm. After law school, and before joining John H. Ruby & Associates she was the staff attorney for the Hon. Judge Joan Byer in Jefferson County Family Court.

Ms. O’Grady focuses her practice on all areas of civil and commercial litigation including business disputes, misrepresentation, contracts, will contests, violations of the Kentucky consumer protection act, etc.
